NVCI

NVCI is a specialized training program designed for healthcare staff working in a variety of care settings, including retirement homes&nbsp;and community/home environments. The program equips participants with practical skills to prevent and safely manage challenging situations while maintaining a supportive and respectful approach.Through this training, staff will learn effective verbal, non-verbal, and paraverbal communication techniques to recognize early signs of distress and respond with confidence. The focus is on de-escalation strategies, personal safety, and preserving the dignity and well-being of those in care.The goal is to promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for both staff and the individuals they serve.
