Time to Exhale is a restorative wellness event designed to help participants reset their nervous system, release stress, and reconnect with themselves. The experience opens with gentle movement and guided breathwork to calm the body and mind, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath. Together, these practices support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and full-body relaxation. The session closes with aguided journal reflection to deepen connection within the community. Afterward, guests stay for a cozy tea social featuring a curated tea experience by OURbody, lightnourishment, and meaningful conversation &mdash; leaving grounded, refreshed, and renewed.
