We are all so embedded in addressing the urgent needs of people that the well being of workers, tensions and conflicts are ignored, contributing to difficult environments.&nbsp; This one-day workshop equips participants with a framework and concrete, measurable indicators to assess the health and well-being of the Non-Profit Organization they work with. Participants will identify concrete strengths, necessary actions, and actionable strategies for translating social justice values, statements, and principles into sustained, healthy organizational practice. The venue for this training is wheelchair accessible.
