This participation plays a crucial role in shaping the future directions and decisions of the group. Furthermore, your involvement contributes significantly to preserving and promoting Ukrainian culture, particularly through the art of dance. Dance is not only a form of artistic expression but also a way to keep cultural traditions vibrant and alive, connecting communities and generations. The tuition fees cover all associated fees, so there are no additional costs for participating as a voting member. However, to officially exercise your voting rights, you must complete and submit the volunteer form. This formality ensures that all voting members are active participants in the organization&rsquo;s efforts and are committed to its mission of cultural preservation. Reference, Tryzub Ukrainian Dance Society bylaws:&nbsp;Article 33.0 &nbsp;Membership in the Society shall be limited to individuals who:&nbsp;<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">(a) are eighteen years of age or older,&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">(b) have a current affiliation to the Society by being any of the following:&nbsp;<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">(i) &nbsp; &nbsp;a registered dancer in the Society,&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">(ii) &nbsp; a parent or guardian of a minor child who is a registered dancer or a contractor or employee, &nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">(iii) &nbsp;a volunteer Board Director, or&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">(iv) &nbsp;a contractor or employee, or&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">(v) &nbsp; a Qualified Volunteer*, and&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">(c) apply to become a Member pursuant to the policies and procedures adopted by the Board from time to time, provided that no individual shall hold more than one membership.&nbsp;</li></ul>3.1 &nbsp;Membership in the Society is not transferable.&nbsp;3.2 &nbsp;Membership of the Society is terminated when:&nbsp;<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">(a) &nbsp;the Member voluntarily withdraws the membership in writing,&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">(b) &nbsp;the Member no longer meets the membership criteria in sub-article 3.0,&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">(c) &nbsp;the Member is expelled by the Board for any cause that the Board deems reasonable, upon a majority vote of the Board, or&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">(d) &nbsp;the Society is liquidated or dissolved under the Act.&nbsp;</li></ul>*Definition - A qualified volunteer&nbsp;at Tryzub is a volunteer that leads a project or committee sanctioned by the Tryzub Board of Directors.
