Individual Registration

• Register as an individual and pay separately.
• If you do not have a team, select the option indicating that you would like to be placed on one (subject to availability).
• If you already have a team but are paying individually, every team member must register separately and enter the exact same team name during registration.

Full Team Registration (All 8 Players)

• One person may register and pay for the entire team.
• Team sizes must be a maximum of 8 players (5 main players and 3 substitutes).
• You will be asked to provide:

  • the total number of players
  • the full names of all team members

ONLY 5 PLAYERS Registration

• One person may register and pay for the entire team.
• Team sizes must be ONLY 5 MAIN PLAYERS (no substitutes)
• You will be asked to provide:

  • the total number of players
  • the full names of all team members

Full Team Registration (7 Players: 5 Mains, 2 Subs)

• One person may register and pay for the entire team.
• Team sizes must be ONLY 5 MAIN PLAYERS and 2 SUBSITUTES

Full Team Registration (6 Players: 5 Main, 1 Sub)
