Participants are also warmly invited to join casual group sociables throughout the week, and witness the local community showcase inside The Rooms on Wednesday, July 29 at 7 PM. All necessary vertical dance equipment, including harnesses and safety gear, will be provided. Participants should be prepared for moderate physical activity, including working in suspension and moving in a harness. Progression into more advanced exercises may be limited if facilitators determine additional preparation is needed to ensure participant safety. Outdoor locations are subject to change depending on weather and other factors. Transportation to and from all workshop locations is the responsibility of each participant. While we may be able to help coordinate carpooling, this cannot be guaranteed. Participants are responsible for bringing whatever they&rsquo;ll need to stay fuelled and hydrated during workshops.
