• Space is limited (we aim to avoid duplicate vendor categories where possible)
• Event runs rain or shine
• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, and supplies

Waiver Details:

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Vendors keep 100% of their sales on the day of the event. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own: Tent (mandatory – event is outdoors) Table, Chairs, Signage and any materials needed for setup. Power is not available on site – please plan accordingly. No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows.

Help us spread the word! Vendors are encouraged to share and promote Chili Fest and the Pop-Up Market on their social media channels. A graphic will be provided that you are welcome to post on Instagram, Facebook, or wherever you engage your audience. Let’s get the word out and make it a great turnout for everyone!*

Waiver Agreement: By submitting your payment, you agree to the following:

Liability Waiver: I acknowledge that my participation in this event is voluntary. I agree to hold harmless the event organizers, Interval House of Hamilton and West Ave Cider House, and any associated parties from any and all liability, loss, or damage that may result from participation, including personal injury, property loss, weather-related issues, or theft. Setup & Teardown: I agree to arrive between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM to be fully set up before the event begins at 12:00 PM. I will not tear down my booth before 8:00 PM unless instructed to do so by organizers. I understand the event takes place rain or shine. Responsibility for Materials: I am solely responsible for my products, materials, and setup. I understand this is an outdoor event and I should prepare accordingly for all weather conditions. Payment Terms: I understand that my spot is only secured once full payment is received. Vendor fees are non-refundable.*
