Non-Attendee Books and Additional Titles

The WCWF 2026 Book Bar celebrates both emerging and established writers, giving festival guests an easy way to browse, buy, and sell books. Wine Country Writers&#39; Festival will provide 80% of Book Bar revenue to authors. A small portion of the remaining 20% will be used to fund credit card fees, with net proceeds being directed to our new festival endowment fund, which we are building to ensure the long-term viability of Wine Country Writers&#39; Festival. Festival presenters, volunteers, and paid attendees can register up to 3 titles with no setup fees. Additional books can be registered for $10 per title. Other writers in the Okanagan can also sell books at our Book Bar, with a $10 setup fee per book and the standard 80/20 revenue split. Book Bar titles must be registered by Tuesday, September 22nd. Unless you are presenting at an earlier event, all authors must bring their books to the festival book table between 8:00 - 9:00 AM on Saturday, September 26th. All unsold books must be collected by noon on Sunday, September 27th.
