Join Corps Bara Dance Theatre for our second annual Wellness Retreat:Unfold — A day to soften, release, and renew. This local, full-day experience invites you to pause and reconnect through creativity, movement, reflection, and embodied practice.  As the seasons turn and nature lets go, we invite participants to soften, release, and make space for that which is emerging within. This year’s retreat centers on the quiet process of unfolding — peeling back layers, surrendering to stillness, and opening to growth. Like water gently carving new paths, we’ll explore movement, reflection, and rest as a way of returning to wholeness.
