What to Bring:Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. About this Program: Relaxation and visualization (also known as guided imagery) techniques can be powerful and effective ways to help you exercise control over your physical and emotional well-being. Learn to manage cancer-related symptoms such as pain, fear, anxiety, sleeplessness, feelings of overwhelm, and feelings of isolation. This program is open to individuals with lived-cancer experience and their caregivers.
