Turning them down means missing out on potential excellent tenants and unfairly discriminating against them. &nbsp;Learn ways to evaluate criminal record applicants while maintaining fair, consistent rental practices. This session will cover real‑world screening approaches that align with QRLA&rsquo;s commitment to ethical, effective property management. Topic #2: Recognize and respond to signs of human trafficking in your rentals to help protect your tenants, your properties and your community. Human trafficking is a growing problem and often happens right under your nose.
