Wild Child Forest School

Wild Child Forest School is a fun-filled morning of child-led and inquiry-based environmental education! Children ages 5 to 12 (flexible) are encouraged to freely explore the beauty of nature and express what they&rsquo;re curious about.&nbsp; Educators facilitate safety and support for children as they explore, and aim to foster a true love of nature. Join us for some risky play in piles of leaves, mud, and snow! We will learn about what the different seasons mean for the animals and plants that surround us, throughout Edmonton&rsquo;s River Valley. We will learn about ourselves, and how we can move confidently and respectfully through our natural environments, in all types of weather! Activities include (but not limited to): Adventure walks. scavenger hunts, fort/tool building, plant and animal identification, creek play, knife &amp; fire skills.
