Join us for an evening of conversation, community, and impact in the Begbie Lounge at the Union Club of British Columbia. From 5:30&ndash;7:30 pm, enjoy wine, charcuterie-style snacks, and meaningful dialogue as we come together to raise funds for equitable access to pelvic health physical therapy for women in our community. The evening will feature:<ul data-end="792" data-start="504" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li data-end="567" data-start="504" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Silent Auction with contributions from local businesses</li><li data-end="633" data-start="568" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Introduction to our organization, background, and mission</li><li data-end="792" data-start="634" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Panel discussion with three unique perspectives: a medical professional, a pelvic health physiotherapist, and a community member with lived experience</li></ul>Your ticket includes two drink tickets and charcuterie-style snacks. Why it matters: 1 in 3 women will experience pelvic floor dysfunction in their lifetime. Despite pelvic health physiotherapy being a highly effective, evidence-based treatment, up to 50% of women cannot afford access. Together, we can break down barriers and ensure more women get the care they need. Our current fundraising is dedicated to women&rsquo;s programs, with the long-term vision to expand access for all individuals experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction.
