CLASS DESCRIPTION:The Matrixxxxxx for TSVThese classes will warm us up with joint mobilization and bodyweight conditioning before moving into spatial games to dance the space between and amongst us. Once very warm, we&rsquo;ll bring in practices from my studies in Nonstopping (Jeaning Durning) Open Source Forms (Stephanie Skura) and biodynamic craniosacral therapy, dancing with both deep and surface level images and anatomical blueprints to access our fluidity, power, and instant readiness. We will learn a few phrases that will travel us in and out of the floor, and dance them together.&nbsp; BIO:Alexa Solveig Mardon is an artist co-creating and seeking spaces for imperfect ritual, queer fantastical myth-making, and multi-sensorial solidarity across difference. Alexa&rsquo;s work takes many forms including stage performance, poetry, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, movement classes for frontline support workers with Rianne Svelnis, and dreamwork + divination practices.
