Travelling across Canada, the film explores policies, programs and projects that are already making a positive difference in addressing the housing crisis—from non-market housing built on public land and Indigenous-led initiatives to tenant protections and rent control. Featuring interviews with more than 30 planners, policymakers, elected officials, developers, residents and housing advocates, the film challenges audiences to consider the root causes of the housing crisis and the transformative solutions available to communities large and small.
