A team from Beard&nbsp;will be replacing their hard hats for cycling helmets, jumping on the saddle to take part in Tour De Beard -&nbsp;a two day cycling challenge taking place Thursday 10 &ndash; Friday 11 September&nbsp;between Beard&#39;s five offices (285km!).&nbsp;&nbsp;The cyclists are raising funds for YCO &ndash; Youth Challenge Oxfordshire, a charity that helps young people develop personal confidence and resilience, through its educational programme, helping them make good decisions and so setting them up for a brighter future.&nbsp;&nbsp;Participants will cycle the full route between the five offices - Southampton, Guilford, Oxford, Swindon and Bristol - and have the option to cycle individual legs, or cover some miles on a static bike in one of Beard&#39;s offices. &nbsp;The event brings colleagues together across locations for an epic cycling challenge, while raising money and awareness for a great cause, showcasing their team spirit, fitness and fun!
