On 11th September, I&rsquo;m taking on the challenge of completing a marathon &mdash; walking from Taunton to Bickleigh &mdash; to raise money for Bickleigh on Exe Primary School&rsquo;s new Outdoor Classroom, a project I am incredibly passionate about. I believe wholeheartedly in what this space will offer the children of Bickleigh on Exe Primary School. This project is an investment in our children&rsquo;s future. Outdoor learning spaces can improve both physical and mental wellbeing for students and staff, enhance STEM learning, and provide rich opportunities for creative arts. Time in nature has been proven to reduce stress, strengthen the immune system, and improve focus &mdash; benefits that will stay with our children for life.&nbsp; For me, this marathon represents far more than 26.2 miles (...and my route is looking more like 28!). Over the years, I&rsquo;ve faced significant physical health challenges, and completing something like this felt unimaginable. I&#39;m pushing myself now because I deeply believe in what I am doing this for.&nbsp; If you&rsquo;re able to donate to Bickleigh School Association &mdash; no matter the amount &mdash; it would mean the world to me.
