🌟 Join us in discovering better health, more movement, more happiness &nbsp;🌟 At Get on a Bike, we provide guided rides for adults wo want to start or restart cycling to improve their physical or mental wellbeing. We want to stay free for adults of all abilities. &nbsp;We aim to get everyone comfortable and competent cycling, even if their first ride is just a wee circle on the grass, or once round Cooper Park. &nbsp;We can lend our riders a bike; helmet and gloves, and aim to provide everyone with a drink and a snack during or after each ride - the coffee stop is where the magic happens in cycling and friendships are made.&nbsp; We&#39;ve made a huge difference to a number of individuals in the short time we have been set up, and wish to grow and continue.&nbsp; We seek funding for replacement bikes and helmets; repairs; training for our volunteers - and especially for the all important drink and snack mid or post ride. &nbsp; We are grateful for any donations, whether gifted, or earned through sponsorship or other events.&nbsp; Thank you for supporting Get on a Bike -your support is invaluable.
