🌟 Join us in Creating Change! 🌟I am writing to inform you about a decision we have taken to provide all&nbsp;students&nbsp;with Emergency&nbsp;First Aid&nbsp;training, which will include Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillators (AED). CPR and AED are used to help save somebody&rsquo;s life if they experience a cardiac arrest (this is if their heart stops). This has previously been something I have believed that schools should provide to all young people, but has not been something we have managed to introduce. Our school experienced a serious medical incident in December, which has renewed our passion to train our&nbsp;students&nbsp;to be life savers, if they were to encounter a situation where somebody is incredibly unwell. In order to be able to deliver the CPR Smart training to all&nbsp;students&nbsp;we need to purchase equipment for the school that will enable us to provide this life saving training. In total we will need to raise &pound;4500, which has not been built into this year&rsquo;s school budget, but will let us teach what might arguably be the most important thing we can to our&nbsp;students.I am writing to ask our families and the local&nbsp;community for a contribution towards the purchase of this equipment.&nbsp;Please use the link below to make a donation if you would like to support the students in learning this life changing skill.
