Every child deserves the chance to learn, grow and discover what they are capable of.Jonathan is 12 years old and lives with his grandmother in Namunyumya, Uganda. An orphan, he has missed out on much of his early education and is currently in Primary 3 at Lubira Primary School. But Jonathan has an extraordinary creative talent. He makes beautiful little angels and has even taught a local women's group to make crafts, which they are now selling in the nearby trading town.We want to help Jonathan stay in school and nurture this special gift. Looking ahead, our hope is that he will be able to continue his education at Bishop Willigers Secondary School, where he will have the opportunity to study Fine Arts.Could you help Jonathan's talent flourish?Your contribution will help towards Jonathan's school fees and build a fund to support his continuing education, including his eventual transition to secondary school.RedEarth Community Action (RECA), our locally-led Ugandan NGO, will manage the funds raised for Jonathan's education and set money aside to help prepare for his future schooling.Every contribution, however small, will help us give Jonathan the opportunity to continue learning and developing his remarkable creativity.Thank you for caring about Jonathan's future and helping his story continue.
