To celebrate 2026 Chinese New Year, the year of the Fire Horse, the children of Newton Ferrers school and the PTFA have put many hours of time and much artistic creativity into the creation of Newton Ferrers School&#39;s Fire Horse. The Fire Horse is made from willow, and its body is decorated with every school child&#39;s written traditional Chinese New Years greetings. The Firehorse will journey from school, to reside at BYD Plymouth where it can be viewed between 12-23 Feb. After which it will move to Mothecombe Gardens Stables. Your donation to the Newton Ferrers Primary School PTFA Fire Horse Campaign goes straight into helping improve and enhance the children&#39;s experiences and education.
