At Broadstone Scout Group, from Squirrels to Scouts, our mission is to provide adventure, skills and memories for more than 200 local young people every single week. However, we have recently had to cover a hefty roof repair bill of more than £2000. We had to do this, as we own our scout hall, and we needed to ensure it would be watertight for the winter. In light of this, we’re launching a new fundraiser to help us replenish some funds called Ramble for the Roof. One of our amazing Beaver Leaders, Jack Ratcliffe, who’s daughter is a beaver within the group, will be leading a team volunteers on a 54km hike from Sturminster Newton to Poole Quay on Saturday 17th October. How you can help:

Sponsor Us: Every penny counts. Sponsor our volunteers, keep them walking and help us reach our target.

Share and Tell: Share our campaign with your friends, family, and on social media. Every bit of support we get will make a difference, especially with tiring feet!

Join Us: Your time and skills could make an impact too. Why not join us on the walk and talk to us about becoming a volunteer? Reach out to us via our channels.
