Our data shows that 75% of the mums accessing Happy Mums are not receiving support from any other mental health service. Every week, mums come through our doors carrying anxiety, loneliness, overwhelm, depression, birth trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and the invisible pressures that can come with pregnancy and motherhood. Many arrive believing they are the only one struggling.They leave knowing they are not alone. For some, Happy Mums is the first place they have ever spoken honestly about how they really feel. For others, it is the reason they leave the house, build friendships, regain confidence, or find the strength to seek additional help.As one mum told us:&quot;I genuinely don&#39;t know where I would be without it.&quot;Another said:&quot;They literally saved my life.&quot; Why are we asking for help?Demand for support continues to grow, but funding for preventative mental health services has become increasingly difficult to secure.
