🌟 Join us in Creating Change! 🌟&nbsp;Roots to Wellbeing CIC support the growth, ability in reducing the impact of our mental, emotional, physical and cognitive health and wellbeing for all ages.&nbsp; Your donations will directly impact the services we provide, easing financial pressure so we can focus on what we do best - support YOU and your loved ones&nbsp; Lets &#39;teach people to fish&#39; not just &#39;to eat&#39;. Society is changing and so is how we offer health and wellbeing support. &nbsp; Time for you to Thrive, be valued and contribute as we empower and grow.&nbsp;&nbsp; We believe in fair access to professionally led support, groups, service and therapies.&nbsp; Starting with : Reach Pre School Family Village which is a weekly, term time group supporting over 295 families since 2021 to include parents, carers, extended families, people struggling with mental health, who are isolated or who may be struggling financially. &nbsp;Reach Pre-School Family Village is not funded by the council or government, we seek grants and families donate what they can. We rely completely on donations, small grants, and the support of our families to cover weekly costs like hall hire, storage, refreshments, and toys. Every little bit truly helps keep our sessions running for the children and parents who need them most We are growing a low cost counselling and sliding scale therapies (pay what you can) with registered therapists and experienced students, free Men&#39;s Mental health group, cycle recycling scheme and inclusive cycling around the neighbourhoods scheme (ICAN) teaching maintenance and cycling skills.
