East Cornwall Search and Rescue Teams mission is to save the lives of people who are in grave and imminent danger. Every pound donated brings us closer to achieving our mission. Our volunteers need helmets for head protection whilst they are carrying out their vital voluntary work, helping people in distress , throughout East Cornwall. It&#39;s a legal requirement that a helmet must be replaced after 10 years of service and each helmet costs &pound;75. This year, we must replace 20 of our helmets, which represents a significant investment, so we are reaching out to people like you, asking for your help with our &quot;Buy us a helmet&quot; campaign. Purchase a helmet for us and it will be issued to a team member who will communicate directly with you, to thank you. Further, you will receive regular updates from the team member, keeping you up to date with team activities and rescue missions.
