A collage of black and white photos shows people preparing and holding care packages, with a quote about support in the background.

“There’s no heartbeat” Those words change everything. The first trimester can be one of the most emotionally intense stages of pregnancy, yet it is often the period with the fewest dedicated resources and support available. One moment, you may be holding onto hope especially if it has been after the long and emotional journey of IVF or a previous loss, next, you may be overwhelmed with joy as you attend a scan appointment with your loved one. Despite the significance of these early weeks, many parents find themselves navigating this time with limited guidance and support. The next, you’re walking out of a clinic or appointment in silence, carrying a loss that feels impossible to process. And too often, you leave with nothing but that. “We walked out of our scanning appointment completely empty. It was the loneliest experience of our lives.” This is the reality for so many. There are still so few resources available within the first trimester and in these moments. The silence is overwhelming. The grief, invisible. Why this mattersOur early loss care packs exist to change that. They offer gentle, practical support but just as importantly, they acknowledge the loss. They help people feel seen and open the door to conversations that are so often left unspoken. About our care packsEach pack is thoughtfully created to support both the physical and emotional experience of early pregnancy loss. They are given at the point of loss, through clinics and services so that no one has to walk away feeling completely alone. For those going through IVF where so much hope, time, and emotion is invested that acknowledgement can mean everything. Why we’re fundraisingDemand is growing rapidly, and we are now receiving more requests than we can meet. Our goal is to provide:• 50 care packs every month• 600 care packs every year• Establish new partnerships + Expansion into Wiltshire and Bristol Service areas• Coverage of essential storage, production, distribution/ operational costs. More clinics are reaching out. More parents need support. We are growing but we can’t do it alone. How your donation helps 🤍 £5 A Moment of ComfortSmall items added to our care pack offering immediate support in a difficult moment. A Care Pack, a Lifeline, a Reminder you’re Not Alone

Raising Funds For HeartTalks Care Pack Appeal for those affected by Babyloss. This year, I'm taking on the Welsh 3000s Challenge to raise money and awareness for Heart Talks a not for profit community organisation founded by my sister to support women and families affected by baby loss. Over several years my sister and her husband experienced the heartbreak of recurrent pregnancy loss. As their brother, I watched them navigate unimaginable grief and felt completely helpless. I didn't know what to say, how to help, or how to take away even a fraction of their pain. What I did see was how isolating baby loss can be and how desperately families need understanding, support, and to feel seen. That's why this challenge means so much to me. The Welsh 3000s is one of the toughest mountain challenges in the UK: climbing all 15 mountains in Wales over 3,000ft in a single continuous effort, covering around 32 miles and more than 13,000ft of elevation gain within 24 hours. But this challenge is about far more than mountains…. It's about pushing myself physically and mentally for a cause that is deeply personal to my family. If by taking on this challenge I can help raise awareness, fund vital support for their care pack appeal and families know they don't have to face their journey alone, then every step will be worth it! Over the last year, I’ve been on a significant journey of personal growth. Through therapy, self-reflection and pushing myself outside of my comfort zone, I’ve learned that vulnerability is not weakness. In many ways, it is one of the greatest forms of strength. Whether that has been through travelling alone, tackling difficult conversations, facing personal challenges, or pushing myself physically in the mountains, I’ve come to realise that growth happens when we lean into discomfort rather than run from it. Over the coming weeks, I'll be sharing my training and preparation. Please keep me motivated by offering your support, shares and donations. Thank you to everyone who supports, donates, shares and follows the journey. 15 peaks. 24 hours. Very little sleep. Questionable decision-making. An incredible cause. Join me on the journey. September 5th 2026 Thank you for the support 💪🏻 James
