3rd Winchester (The Worthies) Scout Group empowers youth through adventurous activities, fostering skills, teamwork, and community spirit. We aim to build a new scout building to enhance our programs and support the growth of our Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, and Scouts.

Help Us Build a New Home for 3rd Winchester Scouts! 3rd Winchester Scout Group is embarking on an exciting new chapter - building a brand-new building to replace Pax Hall which has served us well for over 70 years. This purpose-built space will give our young people a permanent home to learn, grow, and have adventures for generations to come. Scouting gives children and young people the skills, confidence, and friendships that stay with them for life but we can only keep offering that if we have the right space to do it in. Every donation, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to a building we can truly call our own. Whether you&#39;re a parent, a former Scout, a local business, or simply someone who believes in the value of youth work in our community, your support will make a real difference. 3rd Winchester Scouts fundraising

On the 13th Sept, Ian, Eleni and Noah will be running different distances in the New Forest marathon - Ian running the half marathon, Eleni running the 10k, and Noah (being too young for the longer distances, much to his disgust) running the 5k - though he can easily outrun both of us! Training has been tricky in the recent heatwaves, so whilst 1 of us will undoubtedly breeze through with a personal best time, the other 2 are just hoping to get round alive&hellip; We&rsquo;re raising money for our local Scout group - which we are part of as a whole family - to fundraise for new premises, as our current hut has seen better days. Any donations, big or small, are gratefully received and much appreciated, and will spur us on on the day. The Simpsons Go Running!

Nathan and Alex are going cycling! On 1st November, we&rsquo;ll be taking on 60km in one day, aiming to set a new record for Nathan. We&rsquo;re doing it to raise money for our local Scouts, who are in much need of a new Scout hut. Your support will help us get closer to that goal and keep our young people enjoying the activities, adventures and skills for life that Scouting brings.
