Welcome to our online fundraising silent auction of promises. 📣 Each promise up for bid has been generously donated by our members, with all proceeds going towards the cost of our soloists and orchestras.&nbsp; Please note that bids can only be received from Choir Members Thank you for your support, and happy bidding! Bradford on Avon Choral Society ********************************************************************* Auction of Promises &ndash; terms and conditions (the necessary legal bits!!)By registering to bid or purchase any item in this auction, you agree to the following terms:1. Role of the choir &ndash; BoA Choral is acting strictly as a facilitator to connect donors and bidders. The choir does not own, produce or control any of the goods, services or experiences.&nbsp;2. No warranties or guarantees - All promises are auctioned on an &lsquo;as is&rsquo; and &lsquo;as available&rsquo; basis.&nbsp;3. Limitation of liability &ndash; to the maximum extent permitted by law, the choir, its trustees and members should not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, loss, damage, or injury arising from this auction or subsequent failure of any promise.&nbsp;4. Contractual relationship &ndash; The contract for the fulfilment of any promise is strictly between the winning bidder and the donating party.&nbsp;5. Redemption and expiry &ndash; All monies must be received by the Treasurer within seven days of the closing date of the auction.&nbsp;Unless otherwise stated, all promises must be redeemed within twelve months of the auction date. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to contact the donor. Unredeemed promises are non refundable.&nbsp;6. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or substitutions will be offered by the choir.
