Darna aims to create a permanent community center that provides Qur'an classes, youth sports, workshops, and social activities, fostering connection, support, and cultural preservation for families and individuals in the community.

Our community is ready to do more — but we urgently need a place to call home.Right now, our volunteers are running Qur’an classes, youth sports, workshops and community activities from small, shared spaces. Demand is growing, but without a permanent centre, what we can provide is limited. We are raising funds to secure a permanent Daarna Community Centre — a safe and welcoming place where:• Children can access Qur’an classes, tuition and homework support • Young people can benefit from sports, mentoring and positive activities • We can run workshops tackling knife crime and violence • Older people can connect, socialise and overcome loneliness • Families can come together and preserve our faith, culture and communityThis is more than a building. It’s an investment in our children, our elders and the future of our community. We need your help to make Daarna a reality. Please donate whatever you can — £10, £25, £50, £100 or more. Every contribution, no matter the amount, takes us another step towards securing a permanent home for our community. If you are able to give more, your generosity could make an even greater difference. And if you can’t donate today, you can still help by sharing this campaign with your family, friends and wider community.Donate today and be part of building Daarna — our home, our community, our future.
