Our school community has recently been devastated by repeated acts of vandalism and trespassing that have caused significant damage across the school grounds.Among the damage caused:The Cabin was broken into and ransackedWindows, doors and decking were damagedTools, equipment and learning resources were destroyed or scatteredThe recently upgraded Pond Dipping Area was extensively damagedRoof tiles were displaced, creating further repair costsSeveral outdoor learning spaces have been left unsafe and inaccessible to pupilsThese areas are much more than school grounds. They provide hands-on learning opportunities, outdoor education experiences, and safe spaces where children can explore nature, wildlife, gardening, and the enviroment. To help support the cost of repairs, FoNBS is asking for a donation of £1 per child for the 'This is me' day next week (12th of June). Families who are able to contribute more are warmly welcome to do so through this fundraising page.Every donation, no matter the amount, will help restore these valuable learning spaces for our children. We are also seeking support from local businesses, organisations, and members of the community.
