🎉 Excitement is in the air!&nbsp;Continue your Pottery learning journey at Heads Up Somerset 🎉 Philippa and the Heads-up pottery team will be available to support you through further learning and skills development, be it, pinch, coil, slab, throwing or a combination... Each session is booked separately, but you can attend as many as you want to. You will be asked to pay for your chosen sessions via card. Should we not be able to hold a planned session, your payment will be refunded. During check-out you can select &quot;Other&quot; at the &quot;Help keep Zeffy free&quot; stage and then set the contribution to &pound;0.. On 2 consecutive Mondays from 1pm to 3pm,10th and 17th August 2026 Explore lino printing in a calm, creative space 🎨 This summer course offers gentle, hands-on guidance to design, carve, and print your own artwork. No experience needed &mdash; just curiosity and a willingness to try something new. Supporting your well-being 💚 Led by Molly Briton at Heads Up Somerset, this small-group session is designed to be relaxed and welcoming. You&rsquo;ll learn at your own pace, meet others, and enjoy time focused on your mental health and wellbeing through creativity.

Summer - Lino Printing Course

On 2 consecutive Mondays from 10am to noon, starting on 3rd August 2026 Explore our Summer &ndash; Drawing In Nature course 🌿 Slow down, step outside, and notice the details of the natural world. This course offers gentle, guided drawing sessions that support focus, calm, and creative expression. About the session You&rsquo;ll sketch leaves, trees, and landscapes, learn simple techniques, and share the experience in a small, supportive group. No experience needed&mdash;just curiosity and an openness to looking closely at nature 💚.

Summer - Drawing In Nature Course

Observational Drawing Course &ndash; 3 weeks Come and experience the wonderful world of Observational Drawing. Working from Still Life and the garden at Heads Up, you will learn drawing techniques using pencils and charcoal. Topics will include mark making, line and tone, measuring and proportion. Suitable for complete beginners to experienced drawers, you will learn at your own pace in a relaxed and supportive environment.All materials are provided, but feel free to bring your own. Tuition provided by Molly Briton, an experienced practicing artist and educator. Dates: 5th, 12th, 19th October. Class times 10:00-12:00 Cost: &pound;60

Observational Drawing Course – 3 weeks

Explore lino printing in a calm, supportive setting. Over six weekly sessions, you&rsquo;ll learn how to design, carve and print your own artworks, step by step, with gentle guidance. All materials are provided, but feel free to bring your own ideas, sketches or images for inspiration. This course is part of Heads Up Somerset&rsquo;s commitment to well-being through creativity.&nbsp; Tuition provided by Molly Briton, an experienced practicing artist and educator.Dates: &nbsp;5th, 12th, 19th October.Class times 13:00-15:00Cost: &pound;80
