CONTEXTThe Government&rsquo;s <a fr-original-style="" href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/6899fd053080e72710b2e370/Tackling_Child_Sexual_Abuse_-_Progress_Update_-_FINAL_FOR_PUBLICATION.pdf" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: initial; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">Tackling Child Sexual Abuse Progress Update</a>, April 2025, identifies how the scale of child sexual abuse is truly staggering as children make up only 20% of the population but are the victims of 40% of all sexual offences.The Government&rsquo;s Tackling child sexual abuse strategy (Feb 2021) emphasises the need for everyone to play their part &ldquo;&hellip;across all agencies, all sectors, charities, communities, technology companies and society more widely&rdquo;. Your booking covers Tuesday 19th May AND Tuesday 26th May.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Time: 6.00 p.m. &ndash; 8.30 p.m. both evenings.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Venue: OneCoWork, 33-34 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Cost: &pound;60 per person (Includes training, CPD Certificate &amp; Resource pack).</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Refund Policy: As venue and resource costs are committed in advance, refunds are not available for cancellations made within 14 days of the first session.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">A Note on Booking Fees: We use Zeffy to ensure that 100% of your &pound;60 course fee goes directly to supporting No Whispers CIC&#39;s safeguarding mission. On completion of the course each person will be awarded a CPD Certificate in Child sexual exploitation awareness and a Resource pack.
