Sacred Circle Training Co CIC empowers communities through education and support in death, dying, and grief. We aim to foster open conversations about death and provide compassionate care, enhancing the role of death doulas in Zimbabwe.

🌟 Be part of the Realisation of a Radical Vision! 🌟 At Sacred Circle Training Co CIC we are dedicated to grassroots community care of the Dying, Dead and Brokenhearted. Our Vision has always been to create Earth Hospices in every community; death conscious and grief literate hubs providing resources, respite and hospitality to all, including the dying and the bereaved. As a Community Interest Company, Sacred Circle Training Co CIC, must invest profits for community benefit and all assets owned by the company are &quot;locked&quot; meaning they can never be sold for personal profit or gain but rather retained as community owned. The education, training and community development work undertaken by this social enterprise has been growing for over 10 years and the CIC has been in existence since 2018. Recently a conversation with Ecology Building Society showed that our longevity as a social enterprise, combined with our strong business plan and improving profitability renders us eligible for a commercial mortgage! After two previous attempts to fully crowdfund Earth Hospice a new horizon has opened up; we currently spend &pound;20k - &pound;30k per year on hiring retreat centres for our retreats; that alone demonstrates that we could service a mortgage if Earth Hospice became our training base; let alone the potential for trading as a retreat centre and respite facility. The goal is to raise 25% of the cost of acquiring land / assets for the first UK Earth Hospice. While we have some properties in mind we have decided not to focus on a particular property any more as the two previous crowdfunding rounds did; in some ways it limited the willingness of people to invest if they did not see a personal benefit of that particular property. Now, instead, we are asking you to TRUST and to invest in the Vision itself. It is our absolute conviction that the right land / property will present itself as the first Earth Hospice and we want to be in a financial position to move quickly when it does. We are currently specifically focussing funding efforts on their new Dare, which is a large, circular community hall where gatherings, courses, seminars and ceremonies can take place. The absolute beating heart of the hospice village.
