Following the success of our first event, we&#39;re back at Kyndfolk on Saturday 18th July to continue building a welcoming space where people can meet others, share stories and feel part of something positive. 💬 Why we walkAt St Paul&#39;s Hostel, we see every day how isolation can impact people&#39;s lives.Mental health and homelessness are often closely linked. For some, poor mental health can contribute to homelessness. For others, the experience of homelessness can create or worsen feelings of anxiety, loneliness and isolation. While there are no easy answers, we believe that community matters. Sometimes the simple act of getting outside, walking alongside someone and having a conversation can make a real difference. That&#39;s what Walk &amp; Talk is all about. 👣 What to expectWe&#39;ll meet at Kyndfolk for coffee before heading out on a relaxed community walk around Worcester. There are no targets, no pressure and no expectations. Whether you come to meet new people, enjoy some fresh air, support a local cause or simply take some time for yourself, you&#39;ll be warmly welcomed. After a lovely first event, we&#39;re delighted to be bringing Walk &amp; Talk Worcester back on Saturday 18th July. The idea is simple: a coffee, a walk, some fresh air and good conversation.Whether you&#39;re looking to meet new people, get out of the house for a couple of hours, support a local charity, or simply enjoy a walk in good company, we&#39;d love to welcome you. 💬 Come on your own &mdash; many people do.🐶 Bring your dog if it&#39;s not to warm👣 Choose from two relaxed walking routes.☕ Enjoy a coffee from Kyndfolk. Most importantly, enjoy the chance to slow down, connect with others and be part of something positive. This event is about something simple but powerful: Walking together. Talking openly. Building community. 💬 Why this mattersMental health and homelessness are closely linked.Many people experiencing homelessness were already struggling with their mental health before losing their home.
