Children&#39;s Play &amp; Wellbeing Workshop&nbsp;&nbsp; 🌟 Spark, Connect &amp; Thrive 🌟 A fun and engaging wellbeing workshop for young people aged 10&ndash;14 years, delivered by Supporting Sparks with Shauna. This interactive session will support young people to build confidence, develop emotional awareness, strengthen friendships and discover practical tools to support their wellbeing. Through games, movement, discussion and creative activities, participants will explore emotions, learn simple regulation strategies and celebrate what makes them unique.
