Brave adventures - standing strong with God

Children&#39;s Play &amp; Wellbeing Workshop&nbsp;&nbsp; 🌟 Spark, Connect &amp; Thrive 🌟 A fun and engaging wellbeing workshop for young people aged 10&ndash;14 years, delivered by Supporting Sparks with Shauna. This interactive session will support young people to build confidence, develop emotional awareness, strengthen friendships and discover practical tools to support their wellbeing. Through games, movement, discussion and creative activities, participants will explore emotions, learn simple regulation strategies and celebrate what makes them unique. Topics include:✨ Confidence and self-esteem✨ Understanding emotions✨ Managing worries and anxiety✨ Friendship and connection✨ Emotional regulation strategies✨ Celebrating strengths and differences This workshop is inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming and designed to ensure every young person feels valued, supported and able to participate in a way that works for them.
