Parent Carer Peer Support Group

Join us for our safe, friendly, laid back PDA friendly Home Ed group! Please note that Zeffy adds a charge before payment that is a donation to them, not us. But please select other amount and set to &pound;0 to avoid the add on. Parents are responsible for children, this is not a drop off activity. We provide activities that involve hidden learning within our set themes, there is ALWAYS at least one craft and other activities dotted around. Feel free to bring your own toys/comforters/items from home along, but we cannot take responsibilities for these. Our price includes a hot drink, squash and biscuits. Any other soft drinks can be purchased.Any additional donations for drinks and biscuits are more than appreciated. Please complete a Home Ed Questionnaire if you have not done so already, this helps us to get to know your child and their needs and preferences.

Teens &amp; Young Adults is a space for neurodivergent people to meet, explore interests, and feel understood.&nbsp;This is where you can book your place at a group.&nbsp;We want to provide a space for you! A place to feel safe, welcome and to belong, and we are so pleased that you are thinking of being a part of it! We have an additional joining form for us to find out more about what works for you and how we can plan sessions that fit your needs, energy levels, and sensory preferences.By sharing a few details, you help Teignmouth Neurodiversity Hub CIC shape groups, activities, and support that respect your communication style, boundaries, and strengths. Order your food, have a chat, or simply sit quietly in a space that understands sensory needs and social fatigue 🥪. Use this form to let us know you&rsquo;re coming, what you would like to order, &nbsp;and any dietary needs. The Little Village People @ Under 11's Home Ed Club

Bricks &amp; Crafts is a relaxed half‑term session where children and young people can build, create, and play in a low‑pressure space 🧱🎨.&nbsp; The event is open to anyone, but with neurodivergence in mind will be totally PDA friendly, so no pressure to join in. Activities will be set up around the venue so they can participate in what they want to, for as long as they want to. There will be access to a separate room with a sensory tent, lighting and fidgets for those that need to regulate or have a social battery recharge! We only ask that this room is not used as a play room and does not become overcrowded if possible. It will be there for sensory needs and overwhelm/dysregulation 😊

The room will be available to the public to hire for hourly sessions, we won&#39;t be keeping it all for ourselves! With your help we can achieve our goal much quicker! Sensory Room Fundraising

Silent Craft &amp; Read is a calm, low-pressure space to create, read, or simply sit alongside others who &ldquo;get it&rdquo; 📚🧶. Bring your own project or book and enjoy your own dedicated time each week to craft or read in our relaxed cafe environment. Hosted by Teignmouth Neurodiversity Hub CIC, this session is shaped around sensory comfort, quiet company, and acceptance of different ways of being. Your registration helps us plan lighting, seating, and other adjustments so the space feels supportive for you. **Please note:&nbsp;Zeffy add on a percentage donation when paying, please reduce this manually to &pound;0.00. The donation is for Zeffy to run this service for free, and is not a donation to TNH.

Weekly Peer Support Group

But please select other amount and set to &pound;0 to avoid the add on.* Join us for our safe, friendly, laid back PDA friendly stay &amp; play session for under 6s. A friendly stay and play group for preschool children (0-6) who may need a little extra support with communication, sensory needs, social interaction or development, and for the families who love and support them. Neurodivergent parents &amp; carers are also welcome, regardless of the child&rsquo;s needs or lack of! We understand how how is it to parent when neurodivergent yourself! Parents are responsible for children, this is not a drop off activity. The activities are there for you to enjoy with your child so please join in, but of course, grab a cuppa when you can! We provide activities that involve hidden learning within our set themes, there is always at least one craft activity with other activities dotted around. We aim to have a sensory activity set up too, but this may depend on the amount of children attending, versus the amount of volunteers we have available on the day. Feel free to bring your own toys/comforters/items from home along, but we cannot take responsibilities for these. Our price includes a hot drink, squash and biscuits.
