🎉 Excitement is in the air! Get ready to be part of something extraordinary at The Atomic Wellness Company Cic's fitness sessions. The Real Fit Reset has been developed in response to a clear and growing need for accessible, inclusive physical activity opportunities within the local community. Many people regardless of age or gender face significant barriers to being active, including lack of confidence, health conditions, financial constraints, limited local provision, and uncertainty about where to begin. This project aims to remove those barriers and create welcoming, community-based opportunities for people to move more and improve their wellbeing. There is strong evidence that up to 80% of chronic illness can be prevented or significantly improved through lifestyle changes, including regular physical activity and improved nutrition. Conditions such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, joint pain, and poor mental health place increasing pressure on individuals, families, and health services. However, many people lack the knowledge, confidence, or community support to make sustainable changes. The Real Fit Reset seeks to address this gap by offering practical, enjoyable ways to build movement into everyday life.
