PurposeThe purpose of the Lotto is to raise funds for the City of Cardiff (Melingriffith) Brass Band Organisation. The money will be paid into the band's bank account and used to help fund band activities, including purchasing new music and equipment.RulesEntry costs £5 per ticket.There is no limit to the number of entries you can buy.A draw will be made every monthThe prizes will be 20% of the month's takings, with the remaining 80% allocated to band fundsThe Lotto is open to all members, parents, carers, and friends of the band. Anyone aged 16 or over can joinPayments are to be made by standing order to:One month’s notice is required for cancellationMembers’ numbers will only be entered if their subscription is up to dateYour email address and/or phone number will be used to contact you regarding the Lotto, including providing membership numbers, ensuring payments are up-to-date, and arranging payment of any winningsThe Lotto will be run by the City of Cardiff (Melingriffith) Band Committee. In case of any dispute, the decision of the committee is finalUnless otherwise advised, a member will be deemed to have left the Lotto if his/her subscription renewal remains unpaid for a period of one monthIf a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be placed into band's funds after six months
