Community Iftar &ndash; Hosted by The Silk Route Charity Iftar is all about coming together, sharing good food, and embracing the spirit of Ramadan. It&rsquo;s a beautiful opportunity to connect as a community, reflect, and appreciate the blessings of the holy month with friends, neighbours, and family. The Silk Route Charity is pleased to invite you to our Community Iftar at: 📍 North Baddesley Village HallBotley Road, North BaddesleySouthampton, SO52 9DT📅 Saturday 21st February 2026 Food &amp; What to BringThis is a shared Iftar, so we kindly ask attendees to:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Bring food for their own family members</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Bring extra to share, if they are able</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Include something to drink</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Bring prayer mats for use during the evening</li></ul>Ticket InformationTo help manage numbers and ensure everyone has a comfortable experience, attendance is limited to 110 places, and tickets must be booked in advance. There is one ticket type available.<ul data-end="470" data-start="300" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li data-end="470" data-start="300" fr-original-style="font-weight: bold;" style="font-weight: bold; box-sizing: inherit;">Community Iftar Ticket &ndash; &pound;2.50 per person</li><li data-end="470" data-start="300" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Each attendee requires a ticket.</li><li data-end="470" data-start="300" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Children under 1 year old attend free of charge and do not require a ticket.</li></ul>Tickets help cover the cost of the hall booking, with any remaining proceeds supporting The Silk Route Charity and its work towards future community events and a community centre. Food &amp; Safety Disclaimer This is a shared community meal. Attendees consume food at their own discretion and are responsible for checking ingredients and dietary suitability, including allergies. By participating, attendees acknowledge and accept any associated risks. Your support not only helps make this Iftar possible, but also contributes to strengthening our wider community.
