Your financial gift to Stephen Griffith helps him serve with us in achieving our mission of reaching and discipling the next generation through partnership with local churches. Stephen grew up in a Christian household and came to Christ at a young age but didn't really grow in faith until the youth worker at his local church challenged him to be spending time daily in Bible reading and prayer. He writes, "I studied engineering in university, but, over time, I found that work less fulfilling than the time I spent volunteering with the church youth group Eventually, I felt God's call to leave engineering and devote myself to full-time youth ministry, which is what has led me to Edinburgh."Stephen serves in a variety of ways with Word of Life UK including:Schools workEvangelistic outreach Co-ordinating mission teams and longer-term interns Developing our Youth Leadership Development InitiativeSupporting holiday clubs and campsSafeguardingITWe believe God calls us to, “tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord” Psalm 78:4.
