Take some time for yourself this Autumn with a restorative evening of meditation, gentle yoga and a soothing sound bath to help you unwind, reconnect with you and prepare for the season ahead as the clocks change. Led by Denise Greene and Sammy Williams, the evening will begin with a 30-minute guided meditation to help you set your intentions, disconnect and tune in to what you body and mind need. &nbsp;This will then be followed by a gentle yoga practice and a relaxing the evening will finish with a restorative and balancing sound bath.&nbsp; We&rsquo;ll have herbal tea and a light snack available for you at the end to ensure you are grounded and ready to venture out and head home for a great nights sleep. &nbsp;This will be your opportunity to pause, reflect and enjoy some quiet time, or ask any questions you may have. The will all take place in the beautiful Sarvanaga Yoga Studio at Holmes Grange Craft Village, Wokingham, a small, soulful space designed for presence and grounding. What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, blanket and pillow for the sound bath.
