The public will then be allowed to enter the area to view the tractors. Tractors should remain stationary until the public are cleared from this area and they are directed by stewards via the road used to enter Victoria Park.&nbsp;There are toilets available at the end point of the event. A &nbsp;vendor selling hot food and drinks is sited adjacent to the area where the tractors will be parked.&nbsp;Both Angus Council and Police Scotland have been made aware of this event and as far as the organisers are aware all appropriate permissions have been obtained. We intend to set up a WhatsApp Group &ldquo;Arbroath Tractor Run&rdquo; which will allow you to connect with other participants to discuss event details, decorating your tractor etc. You have the option to leave the group at any point and we will close the group down a few days after the event. This event is limited to 100 tractors/agricultural vehicles. Please see below a copy of the terms and conditions which you agreed to during the registration process.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;TERMS AND CONDITIONS&nbsp;Vehicles must fully comply with all statutory road regulations and legislation, have a maximum width of 2.85m. The route passes under a bridge with a height restriction of&nbsp;3.7m so please ensure that your vehicle can safely pass underneath.&nbsp;Vehicles must have appropriate insurance covering their use and the Highway Code must be obeyed at all times.
