Because of this, block bookings are non-refundable once purchased. If you are unable to attend a session, you are welcome to offer your space to someone else. Alternatively, if we receive at least 24 hours’ notice and are able to fill your place, we may offer a refund for that session at our discretion. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be refunded or credited.
