The first part is at Frieston RSPB Marsh starting early at 6:30am from the car park to catch the high tide Wader roost followed by a second stage trip 10 miles away at RSPB Frampton Marsh arriving at 9:30am for a 3-hr circuit starting at 10:00 am and arriving back at the car park at 1pm. At this point refreshments / lunch will be available at the reserve visitor centre. Simon will then offer a 1:30pm &ndash; 3:30pm walk along the seawall to concentrate on Saltmarsh birds.The first Frieston walk is circa 2 miles, the first Frampton walk is circa 4.3 miles; the second Frampton walk is circa 3.5 miles.
