Bee Active, Bee Well Medway Join us for a friendly and welcoming community wellbeing session featuring gentle movement, stretching and strengthening exercises suitable for all abilities. These relaxed sessions are designed to help improve mobility, flexibility, balance and confidence while supporting your overall physical and emotional wellbeing. No previous experience or fitness level is required simply move at your own pace in a safe and supportive environment. Our sessions are completely free, thanks to funding from Sport England, but booking is essential.
