Colour Run Ticket

Get ready to walk, run, and jump through colour at our 2026 Colour Run 🎨🏃&zwj;♀️ Join Alwyn and Courthouse families, staff, and friends as we raise funds to enrich our students&rsquo; learning. Every registration helps the PTA provide extra resources and experiences that support our children in and out of the classroom. The colour run will start at 12pm, and &nbsp;is a run around the school field with obstacles and paint throwers. &nbsp;Gates open 11:40, please arrive early to avoid disappointment. Alongside the run there will be a BBQ, Snacks, Bar and Colour merchandise. We will also have some glasses that can be purchased on the day. Please stay with us afterwards for some summer fun!&nbsp; If you are able to volunteer for an hour of the day for Set up or at the event we really need helpers to put on this event! The Safety Bit... The power used are made from 100% natural corn starch and food/cosmetic-grade dyes, making them fully biodegradable and designed to wash out of skin, hair, and most clothing. Please read the Waiver below before purchasing tickets. By Purchasing these Tickets it is assumed that you have read and have agreed to this waiver. 1. I am aged 18 years or above and wish for my myself/and or my child to participate in the Colour Run and I am the parent/legal guardian of the registered child/children who is/are under the age of 18. I wish for these child/children to participate in the Colour Run on July 4th 20262. I agree that my child will participate in the Colour Run in accordance with the specific safety rules clearly explained by staff before the run.&nbsp;3. I understand that participating in the Colour Run is a potentially hazardous activity where colour powder will be thrown at and around my child during the event. However, I understand that the powder is not harmful to people, animals or plant life.&nbsp;4. I agree that my child will wear any safety equipment outlined by Colour Run. In accordance with the safety instructions and risk assessment, all participants must wear protective eyewear. This can include sunglasses, goggles, or prescription eyewear. Failure to comply with these instructions could result in the participation being denied.&nbsp;5. I agree to provide a t-shirt (preferably white) to wear on the course and protective eye wear. I understand that the colour powder can cause staining if not washed on a cool cycle, immediately after the event.&nbsp;6. Participants are expected to exhibit appropriate behavior at all times and must always follow the instructions that are given to them. They must show respect towards the other people taking part, event staff, equipment and facilities and not misuse these in any way.&nbsp;7. I confirm that my child is in good physical condition and has no medical impairments that may prevent them from participating in the activity. If I have any concerns about their physical condition, I will consult my doctor before participating in the activity and inform the event organisers straight away.&nbsp;8. I acknowledge that participation in the activity may be physically demanding and that there are risks of injury.&nbsp;9. I hereby indemnify Alwyn and Courthouse Schools PTA against all claims made by any other person against myself and/or the child this ticket is purchaed for in respect of any injury, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with my failure to comply with the safety instructions and/or directions given by the event organisers.&nbsp; 10. I acknowledge that I have read, fully understood and agree with all of the above prior to purchasing a colour run ticket.
