Harrogate Nature Walk - 17th October&nbsp;Join us for our upcoming nature walk from Bilton car park. We will be exploring some of the nearby walking trails, talking about local flora and fauna and doing some litter picking along the Nidderdale Greenway and nearby areas.&nbsp; We will start and finish at Bilton car park - HG1 4DJ. There is a small car park there and plenty of street parking. The nearest toilet will be The Gardeners Arms.&nbsp; We will meet at 10:00am on 17.10.26.&nbsp;We will be walking for around 90 mins, we expect to do around 3 miles.&nbsp;This walk is suitable for those who are able to walk over gentle lowland terrain for 90+ mins, with some lumps, bumps and puddles. This walk is about taking time to appreciate nature, spot some native species and learn about local ecosystems. We will ensure that our pace is manageable by all participants.&nbsp; Litter-pick (optional)Once we have completed the walk we ask you to stay for 15 mins and help us give back to nature by completing a litter pick along the Greenway. Conditions&nbsp;This walk is suitable for children over 7 years, but anyone under the age of 18 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please bring suitable clothes for the weather, a water bottle, a snack and any medication you may need. We advise that you wear walking boots or trekking shoes, if you don&rsquo;t have these trainers will be fine - they may get muddy though. You must wear closed toed shoes - crocs are not suitable.&nbsp;
