Experience a guided community sound bath designed to support nervous system regulation and deep rest. Gentle tones from Crystal bowls, Native flutes, Crystal pyramid, Tibetan bowls, Shamanic drum, Monochord, and other highly quality instruments invite the body to slow down and the mind to settle.&nbsp; To book simply select the date and follow the instructions. Open Path is a non-profit organisation which centres around accessible, evidence-informed practices that honour each person&rsquo;s pace and comfort. During this session, you&rsquo;ll be encouraged to lie or sit in a relaxed position while sound vibrations offer a calm, structured space for restoration. 🎶 The main thing is to be comfortable. Please bring something to lay on like a mat, pillow for your neck, and water, even a bolster cushion would help if you wanted to bring one. Some people even bring their quilt for that extra snuggle and relaxation. Most people who experience our sound baths report back sating they had one of the best nights sleep ever! 🌙 Between them, Colin &amp; Emma have a very high musical background ranging from composition to a highly intuitive ability. This means you are in the best hands to receive some of the best sound healing experiences in the uk.
