Discover the Power of Pilates with Andie!The Baldock Hub is delighted to offer a new classes from September: The Power of Pilates with Andie!&nbsp; Following successful taster sessions in July, we are delighted to now offer these small, personalised classes weekly, with certified instructor Andie Shelton. &nbsp;The classes are designed to offer a calm, friendly space to move your body, build strength, and support your overall wellbeing 🧘&zwj;♀️ Classes cost &pound;10 each and are bookable on a first-come-first-served basis (see booking link below).&nbsp; The classes are suitable for a range of abilities, with clear guidance and options available so you can work at your own pace. With over 30 years of experience in fitness, dance, and movement, Andie has spent the last 15 years helping clients build strength, balance, and body awareness through Matwork Pilates classes locally.&nbsp; By joining this class at Baldock Hub, you&rsquo;re also helping us grow a welcoming community space where everyone feels they belong. &nbsp;So bring your mat, wear comfortable clothes and relax with Andie!
