Our annual Dusk Till Dawn event returns on 26th September 2026 with the&nbsp;The Seaside Switchback, an unforgettable overnight endurance challenge that bringstogether adventure, community and purpose. In true Nimsdai Foundation style, we&#39;re bringing the mountaineering spirit to the Dorset coastline. As part of the Seaside Switchback, participants will take on a 22-mile challenge from Poole Quay to Hengistbury Head, tackling all 21 beach access paths by climbing to the clifftop before descending back to the beach. Along the way, you will earn your 14 Peaks and 7 Summits. Setting off after sunset, you will experience Dorset&#39;s spectacular coastline in a way few ever do. Guided by the glow of headtorches beneath a star-filled sky, you will climb, descend and push forward alongside fellow adventurers, accompanied by the peaceful sounds of the coast as you journey through the night, watching the sunrisefrom Hengistbury Head.
